Shelley Hessian

Shelley Hessian currently serves as the Regional IP Counsellor for Nova Scotia at Springboard Atlantic Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Shelley was the Manager of the Start-Up Yard at COVE for Invest Nova Scotia from 2022 to June 2023, and for Innovacorp between 2008 and 2022, also holding positions as Manager of Programs and Acceleration and Manager of Incubation. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Manager of Consulting & Skills Development at Saint Mary's University from 2000 to 2008. Shelley's academic credentials include an MBA with an IT concentration from Saint Mary's University (2004-2007), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (2001-2002), and an Advertising Diploma from Sheridan College (1986-1988).
