Shardanee Brown (She/ Her)

Shardanee joined Springboard Collaborative in January 2023 as the People Operations Associate on the Business Strategy Team. Her passion for supporting teammates and fostering inclusive environments can be witnessed in her work as she hosts Springboard’s N.E.W. (New Employee Welcome) Sessions. As well as supporting all things HR. She holds a BA in Public Relations and Sociology from Georgia State University. Her favorite book as a child is If You Give A Mouse a Cookie as it was one of the first books to spark joy and her interest in reading.
