Joann Levy

Joann Levy has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Joann is currently serving as the Chief Program Development Officer at Springboard Community Services, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked as the Deputy Director at Carsons Scholars Fund from February 2023 to June 2023.

Joann'sprevious experience includes being the Executive Director at Philanthropy Tank from September 2019 to May 2021. At Philanthropy Tank, Joann empowered young philanthropists to execute community betterment projects.

Joann also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Strong City Baltimore from July 2016 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Neighborhood Development at CHAI Comprehensive Housing Assistance Inc. from March 2012 to March 2016.

Joann's career has also included serving as the Executive Director of Women's Housing Coalition, Inc. from July 2004 to March 2012.

Joann Levy pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Maryland from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Subsequently, they attended Loyola College of Maryland from 1979 to 1983, completing their education with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
