Rachel Rong

Rachel Rong has extensive work experience in various industries. Rachel started their career as a Hospitality Intern at JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square in 2008. Rachel then served as a Graduate Assistant of Business Management Research at George Washington University from 2011 to 2012. Rachel later worked as a Consultant at George Washington University in 2013. Rachel transitioned to the hospitality industry and held roles as an Area Revenue Analyst and later as an Area Revenue Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from 2013 to 2015. Rachel then joined Uber as an Operations and Logistics Manager from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Handy HQ from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations at Springboard Enterprises, starting in April 2019.

Rachel Rong obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The George Washington University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
