Jake Friesen

Jake Friesen has worked in various roles over the past nine years. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Student Ambassador at Olivet Nazarene University, where they were responsible for developing relationships with prospective students and their families. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at DEFENDERS as a Regional Licensing Manager and then a National Manager of Licensing. In this role, they were responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, license requirements, and policies governing the sale and installation of residential security systems. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Client Success Manager at Springbuk, where they work with large strategic channel partner relationships and enterprise clients. Jake is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with client benefit teams and equipping them with the data and tools they need to make data-informed decisions.

Jake Friesen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Olivet Nazarene University between 2011 and 2015. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Fire Alarm Installation Methods from the Electronic Security Association in September. In 2017, they obtained an Advanced Google Analytics certification from the Google Mobile Academy in November.
