Amy Bates

Amy Bates has over 11 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2019, they joined Springbuk as the Director of Client Success and later became the Strategic Partner Director. Prior to that, they worked at Benefitfocus from 2013 to 2019 in various roles including Distribution Manager and Enterprise Client Consultant. Amy was also a President's Club winner in 2017 and 2018 and received the Market Adoption Service Award in 2014. Before that, they worked at Esri from 2008 to 2013 in roles such as Training Sales Specialist and Training Event Assistant.

Amy Bates holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Citadel, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Amy also has a BA (summa cum laude) in English Liberal Arts from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008.
