Eric Holliday

Eric Holliday MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Eric worked at Springer Nature from 2014 to the present, where they held various roles such as Head of Data and Systems Management, and Customer Service Digital Product Support Team Leader. In these positions, they led teams, provided technical support, and implemented tools and services to improve customer support. Prior to that, Eric worked at Springer Science+Business Media from 2005 to 2012, where they served as a Key Account Specialist and eProducts Support, handling customer orders, payments, and training staff on system usage. Before joining Springer, they worked at Apple Computer as an Inventory Control Specialist from 2003 to 2005.

Eric Holliday MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA-MSL) with a focus on Leadership from Grand Canyon University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Cognitive Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric Holliday MBA also holds a certification in Google Data Studio First Look, which they obtained from Lynda.com in June 2016.
