Namita Shrestha

Namita Shrestha is the current Director of Human Resources at SpringML. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Studio T-SQ from July 2019 to February 2022. Namita was also previously the HR & Operations Manager at eTouch Systems from June 2007 to July 2019, where they were responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Human Resources Department. During their time at eTouch Systems, Namita served as a standalone HR professional, managing employee relations, benefits, immigration and payroll for 350 employees. Namita also conducted all New Hire Orientations and Exit Interviews. In addition, Namita managed employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, PTO, 401K and drove annual open enrollment. Namita served as the employee contact for benefit-related questions and maintained the Affirmative Action plan and submitted EEO-1 reports. Namita also regularly conducted I9 audits, yearend 401K audits and workers compensation yearly audits. Namita was responsible for recommending and updating the Company Employee Handbook.

Namita Shrestha has a certificate in human resources management from UC Berkeley Extension and a degree from Delhi University. Namita also has a certification from UC Berkeley Extension in Certificate Program in Human Resource Management.

They work with Palash Bharadwaj - VP, Industries, Saravanan Jayakumar - VP, Client Partner, and Srividhya Deshpande - Senior Director, Human Resources. Namita Shrestha reports to Charles Landry, Chief Executive Officer.
