Christina Wang

Christina Wang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of compensation. Christina currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Compensation at Sprinklr, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Compensation at PacBio starting in December 2021. From April 2020 to December 2021, Christina worked at Qualcomm as the Director of Compensation, Americas. Before that, they worked at Illumina, where they held the roles of Senior Manager Compensation from September 2018 to April 2020 and Compensation Manager from September 2017 to September 2018. Christina also gained valuable experience at CHANEL as the Associate Director of Compensation, CHANEL USA from March 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked at ACE European Group as a Compensation & Benefits Business Partner from November 2013 to March 2016 and as a Compensation Manager from July 2010 to October 2013. Christina's career started at Mercer, where they held various positions including Senior Associate, Compensation from 2008 to 2010, Associate, Compensation from 2006 to 2008, and Actuary Analyst, Retirement from 2004 to 2006.

Christina Wang attended Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Actuarial Science.
