Harsha Vardhana has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles.

Starting from 2010, Harsha worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited until 2012.

In 2013, Harsha interned as a Summer Intern at Reitzel, where they conducted business development, sales, and marketing activities.

From 2014 to 2015, Harsha served as Assistant Manager in the Channel Marketing Group of Havells India Ltd. Their responsibilities included formulating and executing marketing plans, tracking market trends, and developing sales and marketing collateral.

In 2015, Harsha founded and served as the Director of Chillizens Food Solutions Private Limited, India's first multi-channel marketplace for condiments and accompaniments.

From 2016 to 2017, Harsha worked as a Business Manager for New Initiatives at STOREKING- The Voice Of Rural India. Harsha was responsible for formulating growth strategies, managing the execution of strategic objectives, and implementing new initiatives in the omni-channel assisted e-commerce space.

In 2018, Harsha joined ToneTag as an Expansion Manager for Strategic Alliances. Harsha was later promoted to Senior Manager for Business Expansion and Strategy in 2019. At ToneTag, Harsha played a key role in driving business growth and expanding strategic partnerships with various clients and partners.

Since 2020, Harsha has been working at Sprinklr. Harsha started as a Product Specialist for Platform Success and later became a Manager for Product Success. Currently, Harsha holds the position of Associate Director for Product Success.

Harsha Vardhana completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing from the K J Somaiya Institute of Management. Harsha attended this school from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Avanthi Institute of Engineering & Technology, attending from 2006 to 2010. Harsha also completed their Intermediate education at Pavani Junior College from 2003 to 2005, with a focus on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Their primary education took place at Delhi Public School-Visakhapatnam from 1993 to 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Harsha Vardhana obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Google in June 2020. In January 2018, they also obtained certifications in Adwords Fundamentals and Google Partners- Digital Sales, both from Google. Furthermore, in October 2016, Harsha obtained an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot.
