Joe Eskenazi

Joe Eskenazi has over 25 years of diverse work experience in sales and business development. Joe is currently the SVP Sales & Success, Americas at Sprinklr, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the GVP, Sales at Sprinklr from June 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining Sprinklr, Joe worked at Tenfold as the Vice President, Sales - West, APAC from May 2017 to June 2018. Joe was responsible for leading sales in the western and APAC regions.

From January 2015 to May 2017, Joe served as the Vice President, Sales - West at Fuze, a leading communications platform for global enterprises. During their time at Fuze, they focused on delivering UCaaS solutions to global enterprises, including high availability voice, instant messaging, collaboration, and video.

Prior to Fuze, Joe worked at Aggregate Knowledge, a Neustar Service, as the VP Sales, West from August 2012 to July 2014. Joe led sales in the western region and helped marketers by providing real-time analytics and measurement solutions across all digital channels.

Joe also has experience at Adchemy, where they were the Director of Sales from May 2010 to August 2012. Joe played a key role in selling Adchemy's SAAS digital marketing platform and leading their direct sales efforts.

Before that, from May 2007 to April 2010, Joe worked at IBM as a Software Client Leader, responsible for account strategy and performance across all IBM software in select major accounts. Joe earned the Golden Circle award in 2009, IBM's highest sales honor.

Joe's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Sales & Business Development at Soltre Technology (RCM Technologies) from January 2001 to May 2007. Joe led the growth of the Sales & Business Development Departments and worked with Oracle applications and technology.

Joe started their career at Broadband Sports as a Site Manager from December 1999 to January 2001. Joe managed professional athletes' official websites and oversaw contracts with AOL, Yahoo, Lycos, and eBay for exclusive sports content.

Their first professional experience was at ESPN, where they worked as a Production Assistant / Associate Producer from August 1996 to May 1999.

With their extensive background in sales and business development, Joe Eskenazi brings a wealth of experience to their current role at Sprinklr.

Joe Eskenazi earned their MBA from USC Marshall School of Business from 2003 to 2005, with a focus on entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts at UC Santa Barbara, majoring in Communications and minoring in Sports Management. Joe attended Montclair College Prep for high school.
