Laurel Goveia Graffagnini has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Laurel began their career in 2009 as an Assistant at Goaline Productions. In 2012, Graffagnini interned as a Sales and Marketing Intern at U-T San Diego, where they gained experience in sales, content, and marketing divisions.

Laurel then joined Nordstrom in 2011, initially as a Sales Associate for the Savvy department, where they maintained customer relations and organized sales events. Laurel later moved on to become a Sales Associate in the T.B.D. department, managing clientele meetings and exceeding sales objectives.

In 2013, Graffagnini joined Dell as a Business Support Senior Associate for Storage Marketing, where they managed event communications, international event logistics, and maintained consistent messaging. Laurel later took on roles as a Product Marketing Analyst, leading global launch communication and maintaining brand messaging, and as a Product Management Senior Analyst, where they created and leveraged communication content for the Services IT Online Team.

Since 2016, Graffagnini has been working at Sprinklr, initially as a Success Manager, where they served as a trusted resource in managing client happiness and driving optimal efficiencies. Laurel later progressed to the role of Senior Success Manager and then as a Success Director for Global Strategic Accounts. Currently, they hold the position of Area Director Customer Success, Southwest.

Graffagnini's work experience displays their expertise in customer success, sales, marketing, and event management, with a focus on maintaining customer relations and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management.

Laurel Goveia Graffagnini obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of San Diego from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business in 2009 and 2010, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Laurel also attended Amador Valley High School, though the duration and field of study are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Laurel has obtained several certifications. Laurel became a Real Estate Agent certified by the Austin Board of REALTORS® in 2020. In 2016, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certification and became SEO Certified. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained a Microsoft Office Certification.
