Regional Director - Global Strategic Accounts - Client Success at Sprinklr

Richard Skardon has significant work experience in various roles within the sales and client success management field. Richard is currently working at Sprinklr as the Regional Director - Global Strategic Accounts - Client Success, leading their Global Strategic Accounts customer success team. Prior to this, they worked at Bazaarvoice as the Sales Director - New Offerings - EMEA, where they focused on integration, general management, and sales efforts for two acquisitions, Influenster and Curalate. Richard also held the role of Sales & CS Director - Strategic Accounts UK at Bazaarvoice.

Before their time at Bazaarvoice, Richard worked at Synthesio as a Senior Account Manager. Richard also gained valuable experience at Forrester Research, where they held several roles including Account Manager - Global Agency Team and Account Manager. At Forrester Research, they managed the agency business with large agency conglomerates in Europe and oversaw agency and retail business within the Marketing and Strategy team.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated a track record of success in developing long-term client relationships, managing complex projects, and delivering value to clients. Richard has also been responsible for coaching and developing team members. Richard has experience in digital marketing, client success management, and strategic advising, with a focus on generating and utilizing user-generated content to improve customer interaction and drive sales.

Richard Skardon attended Steyning Grammar School from 1997 to 2002. Richard then went on to study at Solent University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Corporate Communication.
