Jane Flaherty

Jane Flaherty BSN, RN, MBA has worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade. In 2010, they began their career at UnitedHealthcare Clinical Services as a Senior HEDIS Clinical Quality Manager. In 2012, they moved to General Dynamics Information Technology as a Principal Analyst, where they worked on expanding HEDIS business and transitioning to competitive vendor status. In 2013, they joined UnitedHealthcare as a Market Quality Director in the Employer & Individual Central Region. During their time at UnitedHealthcare, they obtained the highest year-over-year improvement for HEDIS hybrid rates across the Central Region and improved an assigned market to its first ever commendable accreditation status. In 2019, they joined Molina Healthcare as National Director of Strategic Initiatives for Quality, where they worked to launch programs that send Sprinter's fully-employed phlebotomists and nurses directly to patients' homes to close gaps in care. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President of Payor Services & Solutions at ixlayer. In 2022, they joined Sprinter Health as the Head of Managed Care, leading enterprise strategic partnerships with health plans and risk-bearing providers.

Jane Flaherty BSN, RN, MBA has a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Auburn University.
