Jonathan Gearhart

Jonathan Gearhart has a strong background in sales and business development in the real estate industry. Jonathan most recently served as the Head of Sales at Spruce, where they were responsible for building relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate investors, and proptech companies. Prior to Spruce, Jonathan worked at ValuAmerica as the National Business Development Manager and Assistant Vice President of Business Development. Jonathan also held the role of National Sales Director at RealAdvantage, LLC and Orange Coast Title. Earlier in their career, Jonathan was the Director of Business Development at National Real Estate Information Services and the Director of Operations at Integrated Title, Inc.

Jonathan Gearhart attended Allegheny College from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
