Jennifer Soond

Jennifer Soond has a diverse work experience. Starting from 2011, they worked as an English Tutor for private students. In 2013, they became an Executive Assistant to the CEO at BusinessGhost, Inc., and also served as a Marketing and PR Intern. In the same year, they joined the University of Chicago Office of Special Programs- Upward Bound as a Tutor and Teaching Assistant. From 2014 to 2021, Jennifer worked at SAP and SAP Customer Experience in various roles, including Senior Solution Engineer, Solution Engineer, and Customer Solution Director. Jennifer (DerHovanesian) then joined Spryker in 2022 as the Head of Solution Consulting, US, and later became the Global Head of Solution Engineering, Trade & Services Industries in 2023.

Jennifer Soond, MA, obtained a Master's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Chicago in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of California, Irvine in 2012. Jennifer (DerHovanesian) also received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from UC Irvine in the same year. Jennifer has obtained additional certifications, including Corporate Social Responsibility - SAP Social Sabbatical Pro Bono Consultant from SAP in 2022, Qualtrics XM Certified Champion from SAP Customer Experience in 2020, SPARK - Ignite Your Personal Leadership Journey from SAP in 2018, and SAP Hybris Commerce Business Analyst v5 from SAP.
