Simon Draper

Simon Draper is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in vaccinology and translational medicine at the University of Oxford, where Simon has held positions such as Professor of Vaccinology and Translational Medicine and Jenner Investigator since October 2006. Simon leads the Blood-Stage Malaria Vaccine Group and has served as a Wellcome Trust Senior Fellow and MRC Career Development Fellow. As a co-founder of SpyBiotech since March 2017 and a Research Prize Fellow at the Lister Institute of Preventive Medicine since June 2013, Simon continues to contribute to innovative research initiatives. Simon's academic journey includes a DPhil in Malaria Vaccines and an MBiochem in Molecular Biochemistry, both obtained from Trinity College, University of Oxford.
