Sushmita Ganguly

Sushmita Ganguly began their career in 2017 as a Site Engineer (Trainee) at the Public Works Departments. Sushmita then moved to BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.) as a Team Lead and BDA (Team Lead) in 2017. In 2018, they joined OYO as an Asst SALES MANEGER. In 2019, they joined MyGate as an Associate Manager and Client Account Management - Invoicing. Most recently, they joined Squadcast in 2021 as a Senior Revenue Operation and Revenue Operation, where they work with the product team to define the roadmap based on customer requirements and creates team structures and reports to minimize human error and automate the process once it is set. Sushmita also works with ops and Marketing team to ensure Growth.
