Prior to joining SquareTrade, Kristen held roles such as Regional Learning/Training Manager at Chewy, Vice President of Customer Experience/Instructor at Range USA, Inc., Training Manager at Nike, Instructional Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Manager of Leadership Development at ServiceMaster. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Communication from The University of Memphis.
