Dr. Christina Frye, PhD MEd MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2018, they founded Frye Consulting Group (FCG), a women-owned business focused on performance management, program design, data analysis, and more. Dr. Christina also created and owns Engagement Finder, a platform launched by FCG in 2019.

In addition, Dr. Frye is a Distinguished Alumni Member of The National Society of Leadership and Success since December 2020. Dr. Christina is a Technology Advisory Council Member at Squigl since January 2020. Furthermore, they are the Founder of Open Wings Sanctuary, which offers shelter and resources to women and children in abusive relationships or homelessness.

Dr. Frye is a Global Influencer at the International Association of Women since January 2019 and serves as the US Ambassador at Greenden since December 2018. Dr. Christina also works as an Instructor at Learning Tree International since August 2019.

Before these roles, Dr. Frye founded Frye International Group - Independent Business Owner, an e-Commerce business under BWW - T&E International. Dr. Christina Frye, PhD MEd MBA, she/her, has a diverse education history. Dr. Christina started their academic journey in 1996 at Bowie State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice in 1999. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, they attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2004 to 2007 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In 2008, Dr. Frye began their doctoral studies at Capella University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Services within the School of Public Service Leadership in 2017. This extensive program allowed their to delve into various aspects of human services and further develop their expertise in the field.

Dr. Frye also has a strong interest in education and leadership. From 2017 to 2018, they pursued an E-Learning Post Master's Certification in Online Teaching and Curriculum Development at Northcentral University. Building upon this foundation, they went on to pursue a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership at Concordia University, Nebraska from 2018 to 2020.
