Erin Weeks

Erin Weeks, CAE, currently serves as Program and Operations Manager at SRI International, focusing on enhancing internal operations related to membership for a trade association in the quantum economy. Previously, Erin held multiple roles at the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, culminating in the position of Director, Chapter Relations, where promotions and initiatives led to improved recruitment and member satisfaction. Significant achievements include conducting a comprehensive SWOT analysis and implementing data-driven decision-making strategies across various platforms. Erin began a career in education as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), developing engaging English-language lesson plans for Junior High School students. Erin holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BAS in International Relations, Japanese, and Botany from the University of Oklahoma.
