Peter Karp

Peter Karp has a diverse work experience. Peter started their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Library of Medicine from 1989 to 1990. In 1991, they joined SRI International as the Director of the Bioinformatics Research Group. Later on, in 1997, they joined DoubleTwist Inc as the Vice President until 1999.

Peter Karp earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University between 1982 and 1989. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
