Brooke Byler

Brooke Byler is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in healthcare talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Talent at SSM Health since February 2016, Brooke leads a team of sourcing specialists focused on building pipelines of physician candidates across multiple states. Previous roles within SSM Health include Director of Physician & Provider Recruitment and Sr. Manager for Physician, Provider & Leadership Talent, where Brooke played a key role in connecting physicians and advanced practitioners with opportunities in the Oklahoma ministry. Prior experience at INTEGRIS Health involved serving as a Physician Recruiter and Coordinator, where Brooke engaged with hospital administrations to assess provider needs and sourced candidates through various channels. Additionally, Brooke's early career included recruitment and volunteer development for the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma. Brooke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Business Marketing and Mass Communication from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
