David Jackson

David Jackson has a strong background in the information technology and healthcare industries. David currently holds the role of Vice President Information Technology at SSM Health, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of EHR Distributed Clinical Programs at SSM Health from July 2021 to November 2022. Before joining SSM Health, David worked at Anderson Hospital as the Software Application Manager, where they led a team of developers and support personnel for NextGen and Meditech Expanse Ambulatory EHR systems. David was also an active member of various committees and played a key role in mentoring and professional development. Before that, David served as an Account Executive - Therapy at SourceMedical from April 2014 to November 2015, and as an EHR Sr. Development Specialist at BJC HealthCare from July 2009 to April 2014. David began their career at The Boeing Company as a Software Engineer/Technical Training from May 2000 to May 2009.

David Jackson completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Louis University, attending from 1997 to 2001. David then pursued further education at Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences from 2012 to 2013. Finally, in 2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Webster University.
