Tom Foster

Tom Foster has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom started their career in 2000 as a Principal at Ernst & Young, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined Point B as a Senior Associate and worked there for 17 years until 2024. Currently, they hold the position of VP Strategic Initiatives and Transformation at St. Charles Health System.

Tom Foster attended Melbourne Business School from 1996 to 1998. Tom then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Whitman College from 1985 to 1989.
