Ted Behncke

Ted Behncke's work experience began in 2001 as an Operations Officer in the US Army. Ted later served as an Executive Officer and Battalion Commander, leading large teams and overseeing recruiting operations. In 2008, they became the Transportation Manager at St. Coletta of Wisconsin, where they supervised a department and managed a fleet of vehicles. Ted then served as the Director of Residential Operations and Vice President of Ops and Support Services at St. Coletta, responsible for various aspects of supporting developmentally disabled clients. Finally, Ted Behncke served as the President and Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of St. Coletta of Wisconsin, leading the organization and its employees to support the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Ted Behncke earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. Ted later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Administration at Central Michigan University from 2001 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Ted obtained a certification as a CARF Surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities from CARF in July 2012.
