Ted Behncke's work experience began in 2001 as an Operations Officer in the US Army. Ted later served as an Executive Officer and Battalion Commander, leading large teams and overseeing recruiting operations. In 2008, they became the Transportation Manager at St. Coletta of Wisconsin, where they supervised a department and managed a fleet of vehicles. Ted then served as the Director of Residential Operations and Vice President of Ops and Support Services at St. Coletta, responsible for various aspects of supporting developmentally disabled clients.
