Amy Lhotka

Director, Public Relations & Marketing at St. Francis Health Services

Amy Lhotka has been working in the public relations and marketing field for over 15 years. Amy started their career as a general manager at a Subway restaurant. During their time at Subway, they were responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating store personnel, as well as training new managers for other stores. Amy also held monthly store meetings and bi-annual store outings to increase employee morale.

In November 2019, Amy transitioned to their current role as Director of Public Relations & Marketing at St. Francis Health Services. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all marketing and public relations initiatives for the organization.

Amy is a strong advocate for exceptional customer service and has been successful in creating repeat business through this approach. Amy is also skilled in creating incentive programs to help motivate staff and increasing profits through effective sales training and troubleshooting profit loss areas.
