Sonja Hayes

Sonja Hayes has over 25 years of work experience, primarily in the field of learning and talent development. Sonja is currently the Director People Development at STG Logistics. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning and Talent Development Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. and Nationwide. Sonja also held various roles at Nationwide Insurance, including Learning and Performance Manager - Delivery, Personal Lines Service Center Supervisor, and Senior Trainer and Development Instructor. Before that, they served as the Director of Secondary Education at Sylvan Learning.

Sonja Hayes obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1991 to 1997. Following this, they pursued higher education and completed their Master's Degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance at Drake University. Sonja attended Drake University from 2010 to 2013.
