Jessica Day

Jessica Day has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jessica is currently serving as the Head of Transformation Office at St. James's Place since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Division - Business Change from December 2021 to March 2023 and Head of Business Change from January 2018 to December 2021 within the same company. Before joining St. James's Place, Jessica worked as a Lead IS Business Analyst (Retail) at Thames Water from March 2016 to January 2018. Jessica also served as a Senior Business Analyst at St. James's Place Wealth Management from January 2015 to February 2016. Prior to that, they worked at IRESS UK as a Business Analyst Team Lead from September 2011 to January 2015, where they had various roles including Line Manager, Workstream Lead, and Business Analyst Offshore Lead. Jessica started their career as a Business Analyst at Auros from September 2010 to September 2011 and as a Marketing Assistant at PADI from November 2007 to September 2010. Jessica also has experience as the Proprietor of The Jump Shop Ltd. from December 2003 to July 2008 and as a Consultant at Logica UK from September 1998 to December 2003.

Jessica Day obtained a BSc(hons) in Physics with Space Science and Technology from the University of Leicester in the years 1995 to 1998. Jessica later pursued an Executive MBA at the University of Birmingham, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their degrees, Jessica has earned several certifications including Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute in July 2022, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021, Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2019, Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Canada (MHFA) in June 2018, BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in April 2017, PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management in July 2016, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in June 2016.
