Lucille McGrath

Lucille McGrath has extensive experience in program and project management across various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and health. Currently serving as Head Of Division - Salesforce Delivery at St. James’s Place since October 2018, Lucille has held multiple key roles, including Salesforce Programme Manager and Cyber Security Programme Manager. Previous roles include Business Transformation Programme Manager at Sainsbury's Bank, Program Manager at both Nationwide Building Society and Thames Water, Senior Project Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and Programme Communications Manager at npower, NHS, and Vodafone. Lucille began a career in project coordination at Bottomline Technologies in 1998 and has a foundational education from Theale Green School completed in 1994.
