Philippa Chandler MCIPS has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Philippa started their career in 2004 as a Waitress/Barmaid at Eastwood Park Ltd and later gained experience as a Receptionist at Langham in 2010. In 2011, they became a Sales Support Manager at Think Apartments before joining St. James’s Place in 2013. At St. James’s Place, Philippa held various roles including Office Admin Coordinator, Office Admin - Operations Specialist, Operations Team Manager, Commercial and Supply Chain Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Financial and Supply Chain Management. In 2008, they also completed a placement year as a Receptionist at Royal Garden Hotel. Throughout their career, Philippa has demonstrated a strong aptitude for managing financial and supply chain operations, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Philippa Chandler MCIPS has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended The Castle School Secondary School where they achieved 9 GCSE's with grades C or above, including Maths and English. Philippa then went on to The Castle School Sixth Form from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Travel & Tourism and Business Studies. In 2006, Philippa enrolled at the University of Gloucestershire and completed a degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from AAT, where they studied Accounting and Finance, completing the course from 2018 to 2019. Philippa's engagement with CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply commenced in 2020, with the attainment of a Diploma. Philippa continued their professional development with CIPS by pursuing an Advanced Diploma from 2021 to 2022 and currently completing a Professional Diploma, specializing in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management, which began in 2022 and will conclude in 2023.
