Serena Wu

Serena Wu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative management, human resources, and education. Currently serving as an Administrative Manager at Excelsior Education Group since May 2024, Serena translates reports and provides interpretation services between English and Mandarin Chinese. As a Human Resources Recruiter at St. Joseph Center since August 2021, Serena oversees recruitment for a large organization and has played a key role in implementing HR systems. Previous roles include managing budgets in the Mental Health department as an Administrative Assistant and working as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley. Serena has also contributed to curriculum development and teaching as a PhD Candidate and in various tutoring and teaching positions. Education includes a Master's degree in Chinese History from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Chinese Language and Culture from UCLA.
