Megan Hickling

Megan Hickling, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional and compensation analyst currently working at St. Lawrence Health since October 2021, where expertise in headcount cost analysis and cross-functional collaboration is applied. With a background in human resources spanning various roles, Megan served as a Human Resources Analyst at United Health Services and as an HR Specialist at JM Murray, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and onboarding processes. Additionally, Megan has been a USFSA Figure Skating Coach since 2007, instructing skaters of all ages and directing local programs, and has contributed to the organization as a Board Member since 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
