Traci Grainger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Traci began their career in 1994 as an Engineer-In-Training Program Coordinator and License Verification Clerk at the State of CA, Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as a Specialist for Religious Exempt and Short-term Seminar Schools at the State of CA, Council for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education.

In 1996, Traci joined Carlton International Corporation as an Executive Assistant to the President/US Group General Counsel. Traci was responsible for managing communications, maintaining corporate minute books, editing legal contracts, and overseeing office relocation projects.

Traci assumed this role in 2019 and is responsible for overseeing budgeting and financial planning activities within the institution. Prior to their current role, they also held the position of Financial Analyst at St. Lawrence University for a brief period in 2019.
