Lisa Minns

A lawyer with over 20 years of legal, commercial, regulatory, and governance experience across a number of different sectors.

Prior to joining St. Modwen, Lisa spent over 17 years at Centrica plc where she held a number of legal, commercial, and regulatory roles. Her most recent role was the Director of Nuclear Investment and Portfolio Management.

Lisa leads the legal, company secretarial, corporate communications, and responsible business functions and is responsible for legal, compliance, and governance activity across the Group. Provides advice and support to the Board and its Committees and oversees the Group’s relationships with its external law firms.
