Huber Bongolan

Huber Bongolan has a diverse work experience in the real estate and financial industries. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at State Farm Insurance and a Financial Analyst at Essential Finance. In 2011, they also worked as a Research Consultant at Mthente Research and Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd. From 2012 to 2015, they held various positions at Home Loan Enterprise, including Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Officer, and Mortgage Loan Processor. In 2015, they were an MBA Intern at Coldwell Banker Commercial. From 2014 to 2016, they were an MBA and MRED Graduate Student at the University of Southern California. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at George Smith Partners as Vice President, Capital Advisor, Assistant Vice President, and MBA Rotational Analyst. In 2020, Huber founded Credible CRE, where they are responsible for educating at scale by sharing knowledge on commercial and residential real estate.

Huber Bongolan has earned a Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, a Master of Real Estate Development from the USC Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UC Irvine. Huber also holds certifications as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator from the NMLS (obtained in March 2012), a RE Broker License from the California Department of Real Estate (obtained in August 2019), a RE Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate (obtained in March 2012), and a CA Notary Public from the California Secretary of State (obtained in April 2014).
