Roberto Cavallone

Roberto Cavallone has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roberto started their career as a System Administrator at IES in 2006 and then worked as a Software Engineer at Recursos Informaticos SRL in 2007. In 2008, they joined HP as a Wintel System Administrator and stayed there until 2010.

Roberto then joined IBM in 2010 and held various roles within the company. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Wintel Tools System Administrator, providing support to over 5000 servers. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Scrum Master and later became a Team Leader - Iteration Manager, leading agile transformations and promoting cross-training workshops.

In 2018, Roberto worked as a Professor at the Instituto Superior de Comercio Exterior and Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'. Roberto taught courses and shared their expertise with students.

In 2020, Roberto joined Kyndryl as a Project Manager, where they worked on different types of projects and coordinated cross-service lines. Roberto also mentored and coached team members, conducted regular meetings, and managed resources.

Currently, Roberto holds the position of Engineering Manager at StackZone, where they plan and coordinates team work, acts as a scrum master, and ensures product requirements are met. Roberto also collaborates with the Release Management team for bug fixes implementation.

Roberto Cavallone has a diverse education history with a focus on software engineering, data analytics, and business management.

In 2005-2009, Roberto attended Colegio Universitario IES, where they obtained a degree in Computer System Analyst, specializing in IT.

From 2014-2016, Roberto pursued further education at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', completing a degree in Software Analyst - Analista de Software. Roberto also completed a Diplomatura en Gestion de Emprendimientos during this time.

In 2016-2018, Roberto continued their studies at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' and earned a degree in Software Engineering - Ingeniero en Software.

In 2020, Roberto returned to Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' and obtained a degree in Diplomatura en Docencia Universitaria - Esp. Innovacion Educativa, with a focus on innovative educational practices.

More recently, from 2020-2022, Roberto pursued a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and Data Exploitation (Maestría en Inteligencia de Negocios y Explotación de Datos) at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'.

In addition to their formal education, Roberto has obtained various certifications from reputable institutions.
