Nancy Bleys

Nancy Bleys is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on social policy and welfare. Currently serving as a Jurist at Vlaams Agentschap Uitbetaling Groeipakket since December 2020, Nancy also holds leadership positions as Voorzitter of both Limburgs Steunpunt Lokaal Sociaal Beleid and Welzijnsregio Noord-Limburg, and Schepen van Sociaal Beleid, Zorg en Preventie, Integrale Veiligheid en Wonen for Stad Lommel, alongside the role of Voorzitter for Zorggroep Lommel. Previously, Nancy worked as a Raadgever Justitie for the Vlaams Minister of Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Gezin, and practiced law at Advocatenkantoor Bleys. Nancy holds a Licentiate degree in Law and a Special License in Business Administration with a focus on tax law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
