Guillaume Dumond Fillon has extensive work experience in portfolio management and project leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Guillaume is currently serving as the Director Global Portfolio Management CHC at the STADA Group since 2021. Prior to this, Guillaume worked at Procter & Gamble from 2018 to 2021, where they held the positions of Global PMO Director and Global Franchise Portfolio Director. Guillaume then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cellular Biology and Physiology from 2003-2004, followed by a Master's degree in Cellular Biology & Physiology from 2004-2005, both at Université de Bourgogne. In 2005-2006, Guillaume obtained a Professional Master's degree in Health & Nutrition from the same university. Later, from 2015-2017, they completed an Essec & Mannheim Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School. Additionally, in 2016, they attended a Residency program at UCLA Anderson School of Management for a Global Management Seminar, and also participated in an Essec and Mannheim Study tour on Innovation and Business in Asia at Yonsei University. Guillaume Dumond Fillon holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2014.
