Roman Dulesov

Roman Dulesov PhD has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Roman is currently employed as the Vice President of Consumer Health Care at STADA Group. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Director at L'Oréal from 2020 to 2022. Roman also held the positions of Sales Director at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and Mondelēz International, where they were responsible for driving sales growth in different regions. Before that, they worked at PepsiCo PO1 Russia as the Regional Sales Director and Go to Market Strategy Director. Roman began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held the role of Sales District Manager and later served as the Marketing Strategy & Business Planning Manager in the Hair Care division. Roman has also gained experience in finance, auditing, and consulting at companies such as 2K Business Intelligence Solutions and "Titan-Consulting". Their expertise lies in sales management, marketing strategy, and business planning.

Roman Dulesov PhD received their PhD in Economics of Service from Urals Economics University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in World Economics and Economy Science from Urals State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they completed a certificate course in General Management & Finance at Richard Ivey's course of Business School of the University of Western from 1996 to 1997.
