Marion Deschateaux

Marion Deschateaux has extensive experience in sports education and administration, currently serving as the Co-responsible for administrative and educational coordination at Stade Malherbe Caen since September 2011, where responsibilities include managing the boarding school and educational follow-up for the training center, as well as contributing to the creation of a women's section. Additional roles at Stade Malherbe include U7 and beginner category educator, and youth center animator. Marion has also held positions as U16 women's football educator at Maladrerie Omni-Sports and U11 educator at ASPTT Caen. Educational qualifications include a Master MEEF in sports education, a BPJEPS in football training, and ongoing studies in integrated mental preparation.
