Sören Lubitz

Sören Lubitz has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sören is currently a Team Lead for Onboarding Project Management at Staffbase. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at the same company. Additionally, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at eSmart Systems for a short period of time. Sören held multiple positions at Kiwigrid GmbH, including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, Consultant, Lead Developer, Architect of App Development, and Platform Engineer. Sören also worked as a Product and Sales Manager at DevBoost GmbH. Earlier in their career, they were responsible for the Feedback-Website and served as a Web-Designer at the German Institute for International Educational Research (DIPF). Sören was also a member of the Internet Tutoring Team at TU Dresden.

Sören Lubitz earned a Master's degree (Diplom) in Computer Science from Technische Universität Dresden, completing the program from 2002 to 2011. Prior to that, they specialized in computer science at BSZW Rodewisch, obtaining a German university entrance qualification from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Sören has obtained various certifications, including completion of the Certified Scrum Product Owner course in 2016 and Advanced Professional English (Level C1+) from TU Dresden in 2008. In recent years, they have obtained certifications in Generative AI, Coaching Leadership, Responsible AI, and Professional Agile Leadership.
