Patrick Arguinchona has over 15 years of work experience in sales and business development. Patrick began their career in 2002 as Regional Director of Sales at Pearson Packaging Systems, where they were responsible for regional, national, and international business development and account management, market evaluation, and product positioning. Patrick also managed Channel Partnerships. In 2004, they became an Independent Sales and Consulting for ACCEDE, INC. In 2006, they joined NOVARTIS PHARMACEUTICALS CORP as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they were designated by area management to provide leadership and strategic direction planning for a team of representatives in Spokane territory. Patrick grew the territory to #2 in revenue generation on the West Coast. In 2008, they joined Ameritox as a Senior Sales Representative. In 2011, they became Director of Sales at Sales and Marketing Consultation. In 2014, they joined Schooley Mitchell as a Strategic-Partner. In 2017, they became Enterprise Sales/Business Development at Pipl, inc. In 2020, they joined F5 as a Digital Territory Account Manager. Currently, they are Director Enterprise Accounts at StaffReady.

Patrick Arguinchona attended the University of Washington from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts. Patrick then attended Dale Carnegie Sales Training in 1988. In 1990, they attended Eastern Washington University and earned a Masters of Business Administration in Business Administration in 1992.
