Caitlin Campion, MSHC, currently serves as a Client Manager at The Standard since May 2023. Prior to this role, Caitlin was a Customer Success Manager at ThreeFlow from November 2021 to May 2023 and a Renewal Specialist at Guardian Life from February 2019 to November 2021, where a strong focus was placed on managing employer relationships and utilizing Salesforce for business analysis and client retention. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Specialist at Allied Benefit Systems, successfully improving medical review processes, and an Implementation Intern role. Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in Health Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of Southern California.
