Jennifer Fortmann is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR management. Currently, as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at The Standard since July 2019, Jennifer utilizes a strong background that includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist and Director of Human Resources at Stanford University. Jennifer's commitment to professional development is evidenced by a career sabbatical pursued for HR training and certification as SHRM-CP. Additionally, Jennifer has significant volunteer leadership experience in public education fundraising and has delivered guest lectures on career success at Clark Community College.
