Keilah Bias-Cayaoyao

Keilah Bias-Cayaoyao is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer programs and continuous improvement within the aerospace and aviation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Programs for StandardAero, Keilah oversees industrialization leadership for Customer Service, Program Management, and Business Unit Commercial processes for LEAP Industrialization. Previous roles include Director of Business Transformation, where Keilah led digital transformation and growth initiatives across a $2B annual revenue sector, and Manager of Business Improvement for the largest business unit at StandardAero. Keilah's background also encompasses roles in teaching and research, emphasizing management of information systems and engineering education, alongside practical experience in industrial engineering and project coordination at Vector Aerospace. Keilah holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering from Dalhousie University and the University of Prince Edward Island, with a foundational education in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
