Madeleine Guenette

Madeleine Guenette has a diverse work experience. Madeleine currently serves as the Director of Operations at StandardFusion since October 2020. Prior to this, they had an extensive tenure at the Science Fair Foundation of British Columbia, where they held multiple roles, including Executive Director from September 2019 to June 2023 and Director of Operations from September 2014 to September 2019. At the Science Fair Foundation, Madeleine was responsible for event and program management, office management, and administration, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Furthermore, Madeleine has experience as the Marine Operations Manager at Poets Cove Resort & Spa from June 2007 to September 2013. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of various facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving operational issues.

Madeleine Guenette completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology with a specialization in Biology, General at the University of Alberta from 2010 to 2011. Madeleine then pursued further education at the University of British Columbia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Madeleine Guenette has obtained various certifications, including a Class 5/6 BC Driver's License, ISPA Coastal Navigation, ISPA Competent Crew, ISPA Day Skipper, Level B CPR, Occupational First Aid Level 1, PADI Open Water Diver Certification, Pleasure Craft Operator Card, Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime), Serving It Right, and World Host.
