Lamya Butt

Lamya Butt is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Vice President of Recruitment and Trek at Stanford Women in Business since October 2022. Additionally, Lamya has held roles such as Director of YWLS and Junior Board-Campus Relations. With extensive experience at the United Nations Foundation, Lamya operates as the Northern California Coalition Leader and MENA Regional Leader for Girl Up, also founding the Girl Up Club Dubai Scholars. Educationally, Lamya is pursuing a degree at Stanford University while gaining practical experience as a ResEd Student Support Intern and Frosh 101 Co-Lead. Previous positions include roles at the Stanford King Center on Global Development and Crowe as a Summer Analyst. As the Founder and CEO of Resilient Together, Lamya showcases leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, complemented by consulting experience with the Stanford Social Entrepreneurial Students' Association and other intern roles in marketing and research.
