Vishnu Sarukkai

Vishnu Sarukkai is a Doctoral Researcher at Stanford University since September 2020, focusing on machine learning and computer graphics under the guidance of Chris Ré and Kayvon Fatahalian. Prior experience includes serving as an ML Advisor at Virtual Staging AI, which was acquired by Zillow, and an internship at Pixar Animation Studios where Vishnu worked on volumetrics for RenderMan. Additional roles include research positions at Stanford's Graphics Lab with Prof. Pat Hanrahan, and various internships at Facebook, SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC, AppSheet, and Stanford Graduate School of Business, covering a range of topics from natural language processing to analytics and machine learning. Vishnu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field, expected to complete in 2026.
