Kelly Scibona has extensive experience in architectural design and management. Kelly is currently the Director of Architectural Design at Stanley Martin Homes, where they oversee the development of new architectural floor plans and elevations. Kelly also manages the company's architectural design standards and exterior color schemes. Prior to this role, Kelly served as the Regional Director of Architecture at Stanley Martin Homes and was responsible for the architectural portfolio of the company.

Before joining Stanley Martin Homes, Kelly worked as the Director of Architecture at FRONTDOOR COMMUNITIES, where they developed an architectural portfolio for 3 regional divisions. Kelly also established architectural CAD and graphics standards and implemented new plan processes.

Kelly also worked as an Associate at Historical Concepts, where they were involved in new high-end residential projects and was a part of the design team for the 2005 Southern Living Idea House in Glenwood Park, Atlanta.

Kelly Scibona has a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Notre Dame. Kelly attended the Charlotte Country Day School in Charlotte, NC, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this institution.
